Job Description :
We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with expertise in Oracle Fusion and Salesforce to lead a two-year project with Mobile Modular.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end management of project phases, ensuring timely and successful delivery that meets both client expectations and organizational standards.
Key Responsibilities :
Plan, initiate, and manage all phases of the project, aligning closely with client objectives and business requirements.
Oversee project lifecycle, ensuring quality standards are consistently met.
Collaborate with stakeholders to create detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
Track project progress, manage timelines and budgets, and communicate status updates effectively to internal teams and client stakeholders.
Proactively identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Serve as a primary point of contact for client and internal team communications, fostering a collaborative environment.
Required Experience :
Proven experience as a Project Manager, particularly with Oracle Fusion and Salesforce implementations.
Strong background in Field Service Management, Order Management, and Modular Inventory systems.
Demonstrated success in managing complex, multi-year technology or software implementation projects.
Preferred Qualifications :
Proficiency in Salesforce, with hands-on experience in configuration, integration, or project management involving Salesforce solutions.
In-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion applications, specifically in Field Service Management and Order Management.
Familiarity with Modular Inventory processes is highly desirable.
PMP or other project management certifications are a plus.
Work Environment :
Hybrid model, with one day onsite per month in either Dallas, TX or Livermore, CA.
