The Clinical Program Coordinator is a master's level clinical professional who serves as a supervisor to clinicians and case managers.

The Program Coordinator supervises the methodologies and ensures the effective implementation of all in-home treatment and programming for clients on the caseload of the assigned staff members.

As a supervisor you may be responsible for completing treatment should the staff member not be available.

Supervision towards clinical licensure offered!

Required Experience :

  • Master's Degree with a major in social work, counseling, psychology or related human services field
  • Two years minimum supervisory experience in a related field
  • Two years minimum experience working with children, adolescents, youth and families in a home or community setting preferred
  • Valid driver's license, auto insurance and transportation required

Responsibilities :

  • Supervising clinicians and assigned case managers
  • Ensures that all supervision is documented in a timely manner
  • Attends treatment or community meetings as needed to provide support or coverage for staff
  • Reviews and evaluates the performance of the staff, in collaboration with the Program Director, within the assigned region
  • Provide staff with Performance Improvement Plans when necessary
  • Ensures the proper implementation of the in-home treatment plan, assessments and interventions provided
  • Outreach to local area DCYF and JJ offices to increase communication and build referral relationships
