Role and Responsibilities
HYBRID-REMOTE AND WORK AT HOME
- Process daily bank deposits to company and customers
- Responsible for tracking and resolving outstanding payment issues
- Generate monthly aging reports
- Make daily collection calls
- Conduct account research and analysis
- Prepare and maintain various reports
- Send statement to outstanding customers
- Interact with customers to resolve outstanding issues
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned.
EDUCATION and Qualifications Requirements
- High School, G.E.D. or some college
- One year of prior Accounting or Collections work experience
- Excellent written and oral communications
- Some knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel -v lookups, pivot tables
- Knowledge of Basic Math skills
- Strong organization skills
- Ability to Multitask
