What you will be doing :

As a Solutions Engineer, you will leverage your industry expertise to support our vertical business. You will develop tailored solutions, increase awareness of our offerings among customers, and promote these solutions to our sales team and customers.

What your primary responsibilities will be :

• Develop technical materials for solution launches.
• Create and launch case study materials.
• Support projects, follow up on project status, and analyze vertical information.
• Serve as a key strategic and technical advisor for opportunities, recommending solutions to the sales team based on customer requirements and solution capabilities.
• Create and maintain accurate technical overviews for products and solutions.

What you will need :

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related engineering field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 1+ years of experience in technical sales, sales support, or sales engineering.
• Strong technical expertise in high-end CCTV and access control systems.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to present information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Project management experience

Physical Demands :

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time if needed
• May be required to stand for long periods of time
• Constantly operates a computer and possibly other work-related machinery
• Frequent, continual, intermittent flexing, or rotation of the wrist(s) and spine including repetitive motions
• Constantly receiving detailed information through oral communication
• Constant talking, expressing, or exchanging ideas by means of verbal communication
• Constant clarity of vision at near and / or far distances
• May be exposed to outdoor weather conditions and noise levels
