Essential Duties / Responsibilities
Assessing Digital Home procedures for software and audit compliance with internal and external policies and regulations.
Including data retention, availability, and accuracy.
- Developing and updating internal procedures to improve audit and software compliance and efficiency.
- Collecting and disseminating audit and software compliance information using reporting tools such as PowerBI.
- Providing audit evidence fulfillment guidance and reminder notifications to NRG resources.
- Communicating and training staff on audit and software compliance procedures and policies.
- Administration of Home Digital software compliance, ensuring users and licenses remain in compliance with our contractual obligations.
- Managing the on-time renewal of all Home Digital DNS Certificates through tooling such as AppViewX CERT+.
- Working with Risk, InfoSec, Internal Audit, and 3rd party Audit agency teams to identify and investigate compliance issues.
Minimum Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Risk Management, Business Administration, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a Software Compliance Administrator or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of industry regulatory (SOX) requirements and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft ADO (Azure DevOps Services) and PowerBI.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications :
Familiarity with AppViewX CERT+ and Microsoft Power Automate or other RPA tools is a plus.
