D Aceto Services LLC is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Client Service Associate to join our remote team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support. Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information about products and services to clients.
- Assist clients with account management, order processing, and issue resolution.
- Document client interactions and maintain comprehensive records in the system.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance client satisfaction and service efficiency.
- Follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met and issues are resolved.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1+ year of experience in client service or customer support.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a client-oriented mindset.
