Yourrole :
- You will generate engaging, multimediacontent for both internal and external channels, promoting Siemens Healthineersas an employer of choice to talents and other audiences.
- You will plan and implement compellingmulti-channel campaigns, highlighting the distinct company culture, values, andcommitment to employee well-being.
- You will collaborate extensivelywithin the Content Lab and with various stakeholders across the company toensure content aligns with the objectives and values of Siemens Healthineers.
- You will create and edit high-qualitycontent for the corporate website, social media, podcasts, and the intranet.
- You will offer communicationconsultation, supporting HR initiatives and employer branding campaigns toensure their maximum impact and alignment with our organizational goals.
- You will analyze the effectiveness ofour communications to continuously adapt and improve our strategies. Have aparticular focus on analyzing data from our talent communication measures toensure our campaigns attract and engage potential and current employees.
- You will write and edit compelling stories and createengaging multimedia content for employees and talents to present SiemensHealthineers as an innovation leader and employer of choice
- You will plan and implement compelling multi-channelcampaigns that vividly illustrate the company's unique purpose and values
- You will independently create and edit high-qualitymultimedia content for the intranet, newsletters, internal and external socialmedia platforms, digital signage solutions, corporate website, podcasts andmore
Yourexpertise :
- More than five years of professional experience in corporatecommunications, with a specific focus on employer branding and strategiccampaign development
- Demonstratedsuccess in communicating a company's culture and values, ideally within thehealthcare or technology sectors, to a wide range of audiences.
- Youpossess excellent digital communications competencies, including editorialcontent creation, multimedia storytelling, and social media management.
- Experiencein navigating complex, global organizations and collaborating across differentlevels of management and functional areas.
- Strongability to influence without authority.
- Strongproject management capabilities, able to handle multiple initiativessimultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Skilledin using Microsoft Office, content management systems, and digital marketingplatforms.
- You possess excellent digital communicationscompetencies, including editorial content creation, multimedia storytelling(incl.
video creation) and social media management
Experiencewith multimedia editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop,Premiere Pro, After Effects) and other relevant tools
