Bilingual Technical Support
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Bilingual Technical Support for a robotics company in Marietta , GA. They are looking for a go-getting associate to take charge of entering and verifying data, assisting customers , and other related job duties in this role.
Pay Rate
$ 20.00 per hour
Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 8 : 0 0 am to 5 : 0 0 pm.
This is not a remote position*
Bilingual Technical Support Duties and Responsibilities
- R espond to customer service requests for operational or technical support
- P rovide robot users operational assistance while troubleshooting their issues
- C reate and edit support tickets to accurately record and reflect customer issues; update customer records as needed
- A ssist in the tracking of analytics
- I dentify needed resources and supplies for the Support Team
Bilingual Data Entry Clerk Qualifications and Requirements
- High school graduate or GED.
- Strong data entry skills and previous background in customer service.
- K nowledge of or be willing to gain familiarity with the sporting industry
- be comfortable with technology and working in various software applications, simultaneously
- H ave a base understanding of software automation and / or mechatronics
- B e able to use both Google and Microsoft suites, toggling back and forth
- B e able to stay organized and pay attention to multiple tasks at once
- B e an engaged listener and communicate effectively
- U se sound judgment and critical thinking to make logical decisions
- Bilingual
- Drug-screening and background checks are required.
