We’re seeking a Lead Sales Consultant to join our boutique team in Madison, WI, to bring luxurious interiors to life by equipping clients with ideal custom draperies, blinds, shades, shutters and accessories.

Base Salary Stability : Earn a dependable base salary of $40,000 as you expand your expertise. Competitive Earnings Potential : Achieve first-year earnings between $70,000 and $90,000, with room for growth.

Mileage Reimbursement : Compensation for travel expenses during client visits. Paid Training : Up to 90 days of comprehensive training to set you up for success.

Collaborative Culture : Join a supportive, creative team where your passion for design can thrive. Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities : Visit clients’ homes or meet them in our showroom on an appointment basis, serving end users within a 20-mile radius.
Work closely with clients to understand their style, preferences, and design goals. Present customized window treatment options and provide expert recommendations.
Close sales with confidence, ensuring clients receive beautiful and functional solutions. Oversee projects from the first consultation to the final installation, ensuring client satisfaction.
Handle design logistics, order management, and administrative tasks to streamline project execution. Who We’re Looking For : Sales Enthusiast : Proven track record in sales with a love for interior design and styling.
Experienced Designer : Previous experience in in-home design consultations is required; knowledge of window treatments is an advantage.
Exceptional Communicator : Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships. Driven & Goal-Focused : A motivated individual who excels at meeting targets and providing excellent client experiences.
