We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.
- Responsibilities*
- Manage and lead project teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget
- Develop project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
- Implement lean methodologies and principles to optimize project workflows
- Conduct process mapping and identify areas for improvement
- Provide project leadership and mentorship to team members
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure quality management practices are followed throughout the project lifecycle
- Qualifications*
- Proven experience in program management and project delivery
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to resolve conflicts and drive consensus
- Familiarity with Quality Management principles and practices
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; PMP certification is a plus Proficient in both Chinese and English is a preferred
