Join Our Team : On-Premise Business Development Manager

At our heart, we are innovators, creators, and pioneers in the winery industry. We're on the hunt for an On-Premise Sales Manager who is ready to take on the challenge of executing our sales plan and driving revenue growth.

If you're passionate about the world of wines and have a knack for strategic sales and relationship management, we invite you to bring your talents to our dynamic team.

In this role, you'll be the face of Gallo brands, managing product sales through our distributor network across assigned states.

Your mission will be to maximize sales opportunities, strategically focusing your efforts where they can have the most significant impact.

This means not all distributors, reps, brands, and markets will be treated equally; your keen market insight will guide your choices.

With 40% of your role winery-facing, you'll be accountable for the development and execution of field pricing and ensuring our brands grow.

The remaining 60% is where your distributor and field execution skills shine. You'll collaborate closely with distributor management, negotiate sales objectives, oversee national promotions, and lead sales training sessions.

Your ability to pivot based on performance and market opportunities will be key to success. This role is more than just sales;

it's about being a Gallo Ambassador. You'll engage directly with accounts, participate in product tastings, and even lead luxury events.

Your entrepreneurial spirit will drive innovation and foster positive working relationships across the organization and with our distributor network.

We're looking for someone who embodies intrapreneurship and ownership, with a commitment to not just meeting, but exceeding our business plans.

If you're ready to take your career to the next level in a role where your efforts directly impact our success, we'd love to hear from you.

Diversity and inclusion are at the core of our values, and we welcome candidates from all backgrounds to apply. If you're looking for a place where you can make a difference and be part of a team that values your contribution, join us in bringing the best of the winery world to our customers.

Are you ready to be a part of our journey? Apply today and let's grow together.
