Inside Sales Manager
- Collaborate with various departments to formulate strategies, plans, and objectives aimed at expanding the mass market customer segment, while providing regular performance updates.
- Engage with clients to address sales and service inquiries, ensuring prompt introductions and follow-up communications upon receiving requests for quotes.
- Respond to customer questions regarding pricing and delivery timelines.
- Interact with customers to confirm their satisfaction with products and to address any complaints or concerns.
- Create and implement a communication strategy targeting potential customers to inform them about the Company’s product offerings.
- Acquire a comprehensive understanding of procedures and systems to effectively engage with customers and internal teams, ensuring optimal customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Organize initiatives to collect requirements and feedback from customers and their communities to enhance sales, marketing, and product development efforts.
- Recognize diverse client needs and identify potential sales opportunities.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the product line through continuous training and research.

Minimum Qualifications :
- Work Experience : A minimum of five years in the motion control products industry, including at least two years in a sales role focused on mass market sales, demonstrating a proven track record of driving sales growth.
- Skills / Attributes : Strong understanding of E-Commerce sales and sales cycles, coupled with a sense of urgency, exceptional verbal and written communication skills, and proven sales capabilities.
- Education : An engineering degree with a specialization in mechatronics is strongly preferred; an MBA is also preferred.
- Proficiency in SalesForce CRM and the Microsoft Office Suite.
