The Job :

As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll be part of our Outdoor Power Equipment team working as a hybrid employee. You’ll get to :

• Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic plan for the commercial product portfolio with the underlying goal of market share and profitability enhancement
• Conduct end-user research to identify market opportunities and drive decision making for projects in development
• Identify cost optimization opportunities through platforming and DTV efforts
• Maintain a multi-brand product roadmap and corresponding business cases focused on profitably meeting the needs of the end customer
• Manage and lead the milestone process for new product development, ensuring all tasks are completed and the project stays on pace
• Understand the trends in the outdoor power equipment industry and related industries and develop a deep understanding of the end user to incorporate these insights into successful new product launches
• Provide product training to internal and external stakeholders
• Partner with cross-functional teams including brand and category management to ensure products meet customer and business needs

The Person :

You love to learn and grow and be acknowledged for your valuable contributions. You’re not intimidated by innovation. You also have :

• Significant experience in Product Management (5+ years preferred)
• Proven results managing a product portfolio in the consumer goods industry or for the trades (landscaping, construction, etc.)
• Ability to balance multiple brands to maximize market share and profitability.
• Excellent written and presentation skills (small and large audiences)
• Role is hybrid with 3 days per week based out of our Valley City, OH or Hesston, KS office
