We are looking for a hard working, self motivated, reliable individual to fill a 40+ hour per week Site Lead position. Individuals must have their own reliable transportation, reliable attendance, works with little supervision, can lead others and are looking for an opportunity to GROW!
Site Lead will lead by example by following all company adopted cleaning techniques and workflows for approximately 1-3 locations :
- Clean, wash, disinfect, dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and polish surfaces using a variety of chemicals, tools and equipment as directed by team manager or mandated by company standards.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Site Lead will spend a mix of time adapting to changing schedules of subordinates and ensuring team members have all necessary equipment and supplies to effectively complete their daily tasks.
- Site Lead will also train new and current employees on proper procedures and updated techniques. Site Lead will also spend time inspecting team member's work and cleaning the facilities they manage.
- Key Requirements : Must have physical mobility, agility and stamina and able to work with a variety of cleaning chemicals.
Must be punctual and dependable, detail-oriented and have good time and personnel management skills. Must have exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
Must be available to work evenings / night shift.
