360 Talent Avenue is partnering with a leading landscaping company dedicated to maintaining beautiful and healthy lawns for residential and commercial properties.
We are currently seeking to place a motivated and experienced Bilingual Landscape Maintenance Lead to lead a mowing crew and ensure the highest standards of lawn care.
The Bilingual Landscape Maintenance Lead will oversee daily mowing operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
This role requires strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of lawn maintenance, and a commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.
Pay : Up to $22 / hr Location : Southington, CT Key Responsibilities : Team Leadership : Supervise and lead mowing crew, providing direction, training, and support.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies. Operational Management : Plan and schedule mowing operations to ensure timely completion of all jobs.
Monitor equipment usage and maintenance to ensure reliability and safety. Maintain accurate records of work completed, including time, materials, and equipment used.
Quality Assurance : Inspect properties to ensure mowing is performed to the highest standards. Address any issues or concerns promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
Implement best practices for lawn care, including proper mowing techniques and equipment maintenance. Client Communication : Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding mowing services.
Provide regular updates on service schedules and address any client concerns. Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Qualifications : Minimum of 5 years of experience in lawn maintenance, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role. Extensive knowledge of mowing equipment, techniques, and safety practices.
Strong leadership and team management skills. Bilingual Spanish Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites as needed.
The ability to drive a truck and trailer. The ability to operate a 60" riding and 52" walk behind mower 360 Talent Avenue is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
