Spectrum Audio Visual, a leading provider of residential Audio, Video, network, and
home automation systems, is seeking a skilled, bright, and motivated High End
Residential AV / network & control systems Low Voltage Technician to join our team.

Residential AV / network & control systems.
About the Position
The Programmer / Technician / Project Manager will have an understanding of and a
desire to expand their skillset in the low-voltage systems field. As a result, you will
provide superior customer service to High End Residential AV / networks for our clients.
Furthermore, you will be accountable for your assigned venue. You will be responsible
for maintaining customer service as well as sales growth for your area.

that collaboration is essential to your success, as well as the success of those you work
with. In addition, you have enough experience and strength to ensure the right thing is
being done. Furthermore, while collaboration is necessary we also expect you to be a
highly motivated individual that is a self-starter who can work independently with little
supervision.
Job Responsibilities
Provide leadership in executing all phases of events while maintaining the
highest commitment to best-in-class customer service to internal and external
stakeholders.
Maintain a working knowledge of industry trends, tools, and innovations.
Play a pivotal role in the continued success and growth of the company.
Install, maintain, and troubleshoot residential Audio, Video, networking, cable or
ISP services.
Assist in new construction and existing construction projects.
Collaborate with the Technical Supervisor & Owner to ensure smooth operations.
Follow safety guidelines and regulations while working on-site.
Program and configure Control4, Audio / Video / Network equipment.
Read plan sets and execute work according to system design
Communicate changes and job updates daily
Job Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential Audio, Video, networking, cable
or ISP service installation or electrical.
Proficiency in English, however bilingual (Spanish / English) is a plus.
Availability to work Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM.
Familiarity with low-voltage wiring and electrical systems.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Preferred Skills
Previous experience as a cable, satellite, phone, or IT technician or apprentice.
Prior knowledge of electrical and low-voltage wiring.
Desire to obtain a C-7 low-voltage systems contractor's license.
Previous experience at Bestbuy or Magnolia, or other AV Integration firms
