Exciting opportunity to help lead operational delivery of Global Programs for standardized global customer experiences and outcomes.

This role will work closely with the Global Account Directors to develop strategies and execution plans aligned with large Enterprise customer needs.

This role requires leadership skills to coordinate solution delivery across portfolio of customer sites globally in addition to project and organizational skills to be responsible for management of various business projects that drive revenue, increase productivity, and improve processes.

This is a highly visible position that will liaise closely with other business leaders, sales, technical teams and customers across our Key Global Accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the operation delivery and coordination of Global Account Customers during - pre-sales, contract negotiation, project and service delivery
  • Primary point of contact for customer for global matters and coordinating within the Global Accounts PMO and with internal GBE stakeholders
  • Work alongside Global Accounts Sales Team to fulfil customer needs
  • Advocate for the global customer to ensure consistent and standardized customer experience
  • Coordinate across global locations for the customer and internal Honeywell teams

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 5+ years experience within the building construction industry including project / program management
  • Ability to travel 25-50%

WE VALUE

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Global customer experience with cross collaborative teams across continents
  • Experience dealing with Contractors, Channel Partners
  • Sales or Sales support experience.
  • Technical knowledge of product, solutions and offerings at a High Level (including all Honeywell Offerings).
  • Familiarity with Pharmaceutical Industry standard specifications and compliance requirements.
  • Knowledge of Honeywell processes, tools, organization structure desirable
  • Standard Implementation Process & Methodology experience. Developing Global Playbook & refining based on actual execution
  • Strong influencing, communication & coordination skills
  • Experience with collaboration across global business teams / organizations
  • Experience with Project Planning tools such Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Cora PPM
