The successful candidate will improve the student experience by assisting course instructors with a variety of program, course and student tasks.
The Business Communication Program provides an enriched learning experience for future business leaders to manage the complex and rapidly changing communication needs in the global marketplace.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Grade assignments and enter grades into D2L.
- Monitor discussion boards and respond to student comments.
- Respond to student inquiries about course content and / or using D2L, the University's learning management system software.
- Hold regularly scheduled office hours in a virtual environment.
- Supervise Facilitator IIs within same assigned course.
- May interview and assist in the recruitment process for Facilitator II positions.
- Train Facilitators on best practices and policies.
- Act as a resource to the department and share recommendations on student experience and course flow.
- May be involved in process improvement with how Facilitators support courses.
Minimum Qualifications
- Master's degree or higher required.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with learning management systems.
