Develops and implements organizational training programs, including conducting training classes. Responsible for the direct oversight, daily management of trainees in Praxis training programs.
Work with all supervision and employees to ensure that cGMPs and Praxis' SOPs, policies and work instructions are being followed
Responsibilities
- Supports Operations Managers and Trainers in developing training programs and materials
- Executes training programs for employees in the Operations Department
- Recommend, develop and execute program changes to improve the speed and quality of the training process.
- Monitor trainee progress to ensure timely certification / completion. Provides feedback for continuous improvement as needed.
- Performs training certifications as applicable.
- Conducts classroom style training for Operations employees.
- Work with Trainers to ensure proper training is being performed.
- Ensure all decision-making support, sustain, drive and epitomize Praxis culture.
- Tracks, evaluates & recertifies Operations employees as needed
- Act as a main point of contact with questions regarding Operation procedures and processes.
- Perform System Administrator task within the Learning Management System (LMS).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate degree or equivalent combination preferred.
- 1-3 years of Training or similar experience preferred.
- Line Supervisor Certification required
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Bilingual preferred.
- Basic Mechanical and mathematical aptitude required.
- Must be comfortable leading small groups and making presentations.
- Ability to comprehend and follow written English instruction and specifications, required.
- Ability to speak, read and write English in a manner that is sufficient for effective communication with supervisors, employees, and customers : to include reading and writing skills to understand and complete necessary customer paperwork, required.
