The purpose of the Director of the Sales department is to drive revenue for the firm through managing the sales team and executing sales plans, policies, and objectives.
$200,000 is the total compensation package.
Responsibilities :
- Lead, manage, and hold the team accountable for achieving agreed-upon commitments.
- Plan and manage daily activities of the sales team to obtain maximum sales efficiency and ensure expected conversion rates and average case value are aligned with the business plan.
- Work closely with the People and Culture Team to ensure staffing, onboarding, and training needs are met to achieve goals.
- Ensure the team understands and communicates the value proposition to clients.
- Build initiatives to establish a firm identity.
- Create and maintain sales budgets.
- Prepare accurate and complete reporting documenting sales goals to share with the leadership team.
- Performance management with the sales team (1-2-1 meetings, quarterly, and annual reviews).
- Consistently model the firm’s core values, continually aligning and enhancing the culture to ensure a great place to work.
- Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans for filling them.

Education and Experience :
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 6+ years of sales leadership / management experience.
- Leadership and management experience in a growing organization is a must.
- Experience monitoring, tracking, reporting, and coaching employee metrics and performance.
- Proficient with CRM database, Microsoft Office, and Mac OS required.
Compensation : $200,000 annual total compensation.
