The firm is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Estate Tax Planning Attorney to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated attorney to advance their career in a collaborative and dynamic legal environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Independently manage a caseload of estate tax planning matters, including drafting wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents.
- Advise high-net-worth individuals and families on tax-efficient strategies for wealth transfer and estate planning.
- Provide counsel on complex estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax matters.
- Collaborate with financial advisors, accountants, and other professionals to develop comprehensive estate planning strategies.
- Represent clients in estate and probate administration proceedings, ensuring compliance with state and federal tax regulations.
- Conduct research and draft legal documents related to estate tax planning, trust administration, and related areas of law.
Qualifications :
- 2-10 years of experience in estate tax planning or a related area of law.
- Must be Bar licensed in AR, in good standing.
- Strong knowledge of estate and gift tax laws, as well as general tax principles.
- Experience drafting estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives.
- Excellent legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
