Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Specialist at BioProtein Technology. The Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for providing customer support, handling technical support inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for health and wellness and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities :
- Customer Support : Provide outstanding support to customers via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries about products, orders, and company policies.
- Product Knowledge : Maintain in-depth knowledge of our nutritional supplements, including ingredients, benefits, and usage, to effectively assist and educate customers.
- Order Processing : Assist customers with order placement, modifications, and cancellations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
This requires an understanding of our shipping and commerce system.
- Issue Resolution : Handle customer complaints and concerns with empathy and professionalism, finding effective solutions and following up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Sales Support : Promote and upsell products based on customer needs and preferences, contributing to overall sales goals while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
- Feedback Collection : Gather customer feedback regarding products and services to help improve the overall customer experience and product offerings.
- Collaboration : Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure seamless operations and fulfillment of customer needs.
- Documentation : Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Utilize and contribute to our knowledge base of customer service procedures and best practices.
- Training and Development : Proactively participate in ongoing training to improve product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Teamwork : Share best practices and contribute to a culture of support for teammates to assist with customer support issues.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree is preferred. A concentration in health, nutrition, communication, or related fields is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the health, wellness, or nutritional supplement industry.
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills, and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Proficient in using computers and customer support software.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in a customer-facing role
- Knowledge of CRM systems

Job Compensation and Scheduling :
- Compensation : $17 Per Hour Paid Weekly. Increases to $20 after 90 days subject to performance.
- Hours : Up to 40 per week. Schedule will include shift times from 9am-5pm or 12pm-8pm or as needed Monday-Saturday.
