Senior Production Designer

Location : Minneapolis, Minnesota

Job Type : Contract

Compensation Range : $33 - 38 per hour

We are looking for a Senior Production Designer to join our client's team and contribute to their growing success!

In this role, you may participate in or support low-complexity initiatives within experience design, such as content design, design programs, design research and strategy, or product design.

You will review basic or tactical issues, policies, or procedures for which answers can be quickly obtained, related to low-risk tasks and deliverables with narrower impact in experience design.

Under the direction of a supervisor, you will exercise judgment within defined parameters while developing an understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

You will also provide information to client personnel in experience design.

Responsibilities :

• Develop mechanicals and designs for print and digital marketing across paid, owned, and earned media.
• Execute revisions, edits, modifications, resizings, and other adjustments to previously completed work with precision.
• Work closely with Copywriters, Art Directors, and Proofers to ensure cohesive and high-quality deliverables.
• Effectively speak to, present, and defend design concepts, processes, and executions.
• Bring creativity and innovative design solutions to both creative and process challenges.
• Conduct meticulous oversight of execution to ensure all designs meet the highest standards.
• Collaborate closely and effectively with creative teams to deliver outstanding results.

Qualifications :

• Experience level : Experienced
• Minimum 2 years of experience
• Education : Bachelors
• 6+ months of experience in design, content design, design programs, design research and strategy, or product design experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following : work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
