Architectural Project Manager

A leading engineering and design firm is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Layton, UT. This is an exciting opportunity to take on diverse and impactful commercial projects, including school buildings, office spaces, industrial warehouses, and manufacturing facilities.

• Degree in Architecture
• Licensed Architect in Utah is a plus
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial design and construction
• Proficiency in Revit
• Lead and oversee the design and construction phases of commercial projects
• Manage and review the work of team members and ensure compliance with codes and standards
• Conduct site visits, coordinate drawings, and prepare detailed plans
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project success
• Oversee construction administration and ensure projects are completed to specifications

Salary : $90,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience, with additional eligibility for performance bonuses and year-end bonuses based on company profitability.
