Inventory Coordinator
Duties :
Under the direction of the Supervisor of Inventory Control, the Inventory Coordinator is responsible for conducting inventory accuracy cycle counts.
This involves physically verifying on-hand part quantities against the quantities listed in SAP, as well as investigating any discrepancies that are found.
With a focus on problem-solving and accuracy, this role ensures that inventory counts are accurate and all discrepancies are investigated and resolved in a timely manner.
Specific responsibilities include conducting and recording daily counts of parts based on randomly generated inventory reports from SAP, utilizing SAP to identify locations of parts along with transaction history, investigating reasons for discrepancies in part counts, maintaining accurate data for updating Generator inventory files, and performing other related duties and assignments as directed by the Manager Inventory Control.
Qualifications :
- 2+ years of inventory experience and cycle counting experience
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to problem solve / investigate discrepancies
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position
Monday-Friday 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm (with flexibility)
