About the role
The Marketing Automation Manager, Braze will support the strategy & execution of communications through our marketing automation platform, Braze.
This individual will be primarily responsible for the performance of our multichannel (SMS, email, push, IAM) marketing platform.
The successful candidate will ensure our highly personalized campaigns are successfully implemented from the planning stage to execution for our aggressively growing influencer business.
This person will work in partnership with the Senior Manager to drive overall automation strategy, A / B testing process & performance and best practices for program enhancements to maximize customer value and campaign results.
Passion for using data & behaviors to create personalized digital customer journeys is a must!
How you will make an impact
- Create multi-channel Lifecycle programs to include Email, SMS, IAM, Push, Content Cards
- Create personalized messaging utilizing Liquid Language and Connected Content.
- Support the management of the marketing automation (Braze) infrastructure and architecture to achieve outstanding campaign execution, reporting, and analytics.
- Work cross-functionally with Data Science, Product Engineering, and Martech teams to manage data ingestion & eventing.
- Serve as the organization’s marketing automation & HTML expert through best practice sharing, training and peer production oversight.
- Lead (with key stakeholders) the design, build and manage of systematic A / B testing procedures.
- Actively collaborate with CRM on campaign strategy. Implement strategic outcomes through successful campaign workflow documentation, production, execution, QA and performance optimization.
- Report / share performance & optimization recommendations across the organization.
What you will bring to the company
- BS in Marketing or related field (preferred)
- 5+ years of marketing automation experience (Braze preferred)
- Experience in app driven marketing automation
- Advanced segmentation experience
- HTML coding experience
- Understanding of the marketing technology landscape (CRM, Data visualization tools, etc.)
- Demonstrated experience with goal setting, best practices sharing, training and providing thoughtful and meaningful feedback.
- An outcome-oriented personality with a high commitment to seeing the job from start to finish and ability to hold themselves accountable for continuous improvement.
- Ability to be organized and efficient, paying close attention to details while handling multiple tasks under short deadlines.
- Excellent executive communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with internal teams to move projects forward.
