We are seeking a skilled Compensation Analyst to join our HR team. As a Compensation Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting compensation data to ensure compliance with employment labor laws and to support organizational goals.

The ideal candidate will have experience with compensation management systems such as Lawson and UltiPro, and will be knowledgeable of Medicare and other healthcare regulations.

Responsibilities :

  • Collect and analyze compensation and benefits data from various sources, including Kronos and other HR systems.
  • Conduct employee evaluations to determine fair and competitive salaries.
  • Develop and implement compensation plans that align with the company's goals and budget.
  • Ensure compliance with employment labor laws and regulations, including Medicare and other healthcare regulations.
  • Support the payroll process by ensuring accurate and timely compensation data.
  • Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to communicate compensation data to management and other stakeholders.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on compensation-related matters.

Skills :

  • Data collection and analysis skills.
  • Experience with compensation management systems, including Lawson and UltiPro.
  • Knowledge of Medicare and other healthcare regulations.
  • Proficiency in HR systems
  • Experience with employee evaluation and salary administration.
  • Strong understanding of employment labor laws and regulations.
  • Experience with recruiting and talent acquisition.
  • Payroll experience.-Benefits experience
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as human resources or business.
