Job Summary
Actively work with our DRP clients to keep current stores, add existing, and upcoming stores on the DRP program. Complete field re-inspections and audits as expected by DRP, review audits and work with necessary personnel on the resolution of any opportunities, address any quality concerns and work with proper personnel on necessary action plans for improvement.
Maintain knowledge of client accounts and convey appropriate information to centers through training and continuous coaching opportunities.
Attend meetings, field blitzes, and industry conferences as assigned.
Essential Job Functions
- Drive performance through others.
- Understand the assigned DRP accounts, train teammates on processes and expectations, monitor performance and communicate results with leadership.
- Coach, train, and develop teammates on assigned DRP accounts.
- Assess center level performance relative to DRP expectations and contractual agreements. Develop weekly and monthly reporting as assigned, analyze data, identify trends, and action plan for performance improvement.
- Communicate and manage the change process within assigned DRP account / territory.
- Maintain current industry certifications; e.g., ASE, ICAR, as assigned by supervisor.
- Understand repair methods and work with DRP partners on necessary process changes to ensure that vehicles are being repaired using the most appropriate repair methods.
Skills & Requirements
- Ability to travel 48 weeks of the year; sometimes with little notice.
- Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under Caliber's insurance policy (not an excluded driver).
- Minimum 2-3 years estimating experience and vehicle repair procedures.
- Working knowledge of CCC One estimating platform and management system; depending on assigned DRP account : ERL, Audatex, and Mitchell knowledge will be required.
- Working knowledge of ALLDATA, Motorcraft, and other OE repair procedure publications.
- Working knowledge of ADAS systems, calibration, and scanning requirements.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PPT to include the ability to data mine, infer data, identify trends, and action plan for improvement.
- Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written.
- Ability to organize and hold meetings amongst all levels of teammates; public speaking is a plus.
- Location position preference for Western United States.
