Job Summary : We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, ensuring their issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities :
Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and chat.
Provide detailed information about products and services.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs.
Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest improvements.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using customer support software and tools.
Previous experience in a customer support role is preferred.
