Accounting Specialist

Numbers tell a story, and at Woodard, we are looking for an Accounting Specialist to make sure it is the right one. If you like keeping things organized, double-checking details, and seeing the impact of your work every day, this is the role for you.

In this role, you will handle the behind-the-scenes pieces that keep our business moving. You will process invoices, reconcile accounts, keep vendors and customers on track, and jump in wherever the team needs support. It is a mix of routine and problem-solving that will keep you sharp.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Process invoices, expense reports, and weekly disbursements
• Reconcile vendor statements and credit cards
• Prepare and send customer invoices, apply payments, and support collections
• Assist with month-end close to keep financials accurate
• Track temporary labor expenses and support ERP improvements
