00 / hr. - based on experience Job Summary Adept Home Care (office located in Wexford, PA; 15 min from Cranberry, PA) is looking for a Hiring Assistant for immediate hire to be a part of a growing business.
The position will consist of (not limited to) calling, setting up and running interviews for potential caregivers to fill our clients (new and old) hours as needed.
Part of the responsibilities will be to keep the caregiver folders up to date with state required documents on an annual basis.
The clients are mainly located in the Pittsburgh and surrounding areas with a couple in the WV area. One of the additional responsibilities will be to serve as point / lead with audit prep work and forms.
We are looking for a highly self-motivated individual who is professional and can work alone on given responsibilities. The ideal candidate for this position will manage one of the single most important elements of our business' success.
