Primary Purpose
The Product Director, GenAI Solutions will lead the strategic development and growth of Veridix AI's Concord Generative AI platform.
This pivotal role will drive the vision for integrating GenAI technologies to optimize clinical research workflows, enabling new efficiencies in trial management and transforming the eClinical landscape.
The Product Director will be responsible for setting the product strategy, delivering proof-of-concept innovations, and scaling GenAI solutions to meet the evolving needs of the clinical research industry.
They will collaborate closely with industry leaders, key customers, and internal teams to create solutions that revolutionize clinical data management, collaborating closely with Veridix AI's Advantage eClinical product and Emmes services teams to significantly accelerate trial timelines.
Responsibilities
Define and execute the roadmap for the Concord Generative AI platform, aligning it with Veridix AI's broader eClinical strategy.
Identify and capitalize on key opportunities to integrate GenAI technologies into clinical trial processes, driving innovation across study build automation, document generation, and data quality improvements.
Build and lead a high performing, cross-functional team across product designers, software and AI / ML engineers to deliver GenAI-powered solutions, from concept development through to market launch and scale.
Ensure product offerings address both current and future needs in clinical trials, collaborating with key stakeholders and industry experts to refine features and performance.
Engage with biopharma companies, government agencies, and clinical research organizations to gather insights and feedback, ensuring the product aligns with market needs and regulatory standards.
Serve as the internal and external GenAI subject matter expert, representing Veridix AI's solutions in client engagements, industry conferences, and partnership discussions.
Stay ahead of trends in Generative AI and clinical research technologies, fostering a culture of continuous innovation within the product development team.
Drive the adoption of AI models that enhance the efficiency of clinical trials, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and scalability.
Qualifications
8+ years in product management with significant experience leading AI-driven products, preferably in the healthcare or clinical research space.
Proven track record of delivering data-centric products at scale, particularly those involving Large Language Models, agentic workflows and Generative AI technologies.
Strong understanding of AI / ML frameworks and their applications for scalable Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions, along with an understanding of data privacy
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to build and drive cross-functional teams in an agile environment, manage stakeholders, and build consensus across diverse groups.
Experience working directly with customers and industry experts to align product development with market needs.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
