The Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Billing Coordinator to join our team on a part-time, temporary basis through mid-May.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our client's licenses and subscriptions, maintaining data in Zuora, and providing a great experience to our clients.

This position is perfect for someone with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a background in billing or customer service experience.

This is a hybrid position in South Jordan, Utah (M, W, F in-office). This is a part-time, temporary position through May 2025.

Must be available to work 20-29 hours per week in the morning between 8 AM and 2 PM (based on business needs).

What You'll Do : Account Management :

Account Management :

  • Maintain and update customer accounts and billing information.
  • Follow up on past-due accounts.

Data Entry and Record Keeping :

  • Update billing information, licenses, and subscriptions in Zuora.
  • Generate and analyze billing reports as needed.

Customer Support :

  • Respond to billing, licensing, and subscription inquiries from customers promptly and professionally.
  • Provide assistance and support to customers regarding billing issues.

Coordination and Communication :

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and efficient billing processes.
  • Communicate with customers to clarify billing details as needed.

What We're Looking For :

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in billing or customer service roles.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Comfortable learning new systems
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work 20-29 hours per week through May 2025.
  • Availability to work between 8 AM and 2 PM (based on business needs)

Interviewing @ Canopy :

  • Once your application is received, we will review it and get back to you if we feel like it's a mutual fit!
  • 20 minute phone call with the People Team
  • 45-60 minute video or in-person interview with the Hiring Manager
  • 1-3 rounds of interviews depending on the role
  • Final Interview
