We're looking for a Process & AI Tools Coordinator to join our team at Refer.io. In this role, you'll work closely with business mentors to map out key processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop AI-powered tools that make those processes more efficient.

A Day in the Life :

As a Process & AI Tools Coordinator, your day will involve collaborating with business mentors to understand and map out various business processes.

You'll interview mentors to gather insights into the daily tasks and workflows that need optimization. Once you've mapped out these processes, you'll identify areas where AI can be implemented to make things more efficient.

You'll then design and test AI tools that support these processes, ensuring they work effectively and are easy to use. Throughout the week, you'll also create training materials and guides to help our community members use these tools to their full potential.

What You'll Need to Be Able to Do on Day One :

  • Break down and organize business processes using tools like Lucidchart or Google Sheets.
  • Communicate clearly with business mentors to understand their workflows.
  • Be comfortable experimenting with and testing new AI tools.

What You'll Learn in the First 90 Days :

  • How to effectively map out and optimize business processes.
  • Best practices for integrating AI tools into everyday workflows.
  • Techniques for creating user-friendly tools and training materials.
