About the Job :

As the Assistant to CEO, you'll play a pivotal role in helping him drive the company's strategic initiatives and supporting its rapid growth trajectory.

Working closely with the CEO, you'll assist with day-to-day tasks, oversee general office operations, work on special projects, and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Responsibilities :

  • Create and manage agendas and decks / presentations for external and internal meetings, ensuring efficient and productive discussions.
  • Coordinate, attend and take notes at all strategic internal / external meetings.
  • Coordinate venue, time, and personnel for off-site events, company parties, and meetings.
  • Oversee general office operations, such as supplies, kitchen, and associated contractors.

What You’ll Need :

  • Associate's degree, plus 4+ years of experience (or some combination).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly self-motivated and ambitious in achieving goals.
  • Strong team player, but can work and execute independently.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Expert in Excel and Google Slides / PowerPoint.
