We are Worldpay for Platforms, a leader in integrated payments with over 25 years of experience. Our business supports over a thousand software companies and over 700K end-users with their payment solutions.

As the market evolves, so do the needs of these end-users. At Worldpay for Platforms, we aim to be the partner of choice for an expanded suite of Value-Added Service products that seamlessly integrate with our existing offerings.

What you'll own

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Strategic Initiatives Program Manager to lead and drive critical strategic projects within our organization.

The ideal candidate will be adept at managing cross-functional teams, ensuring the alignment of project goals with business objectives, and delivering results in a timely and efficient manner.

Program Management :

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic initiatives and programs.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Monitor and report on program progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues.

Strategic Alignment :

• Collaborate with senior leadership to define strategic objectives and ensure program alignment with organizational goals.
• Provide insights and recommendations to optimize project outcomes and drive strategic growth.

Cross-Functional Leadership :

• Coordinate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
• Facilitate regular meetings and updates with project teams and leadership.

Process Improvement :

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.
• Establish and maintain program management standards and methodologies.

Reporting and Analysis :

• Prepare and present program status reports, performance metrics, and key findings to senior management.
• Analyze program outcomes and make data-driven decisions to guide future initiatives.

What you bring

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience in program or project management, particularly in strategic initiatives.
• Strong understanding of business strategy, organizational development, and change management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, JIRA).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Desired Skills :

• Certification in Project Management (PMP) or equivalent.
• Experience in specific industry or sector relevant to the company .
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.

Worldpay is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $105,070.

00 - $176,520.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location.

Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
