Field Marketing Manager

Crawford Group ( Field Marketing Manager for a client of ours.This Field Marketing Manager thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven, and collaborative environment.

Acting as the CMO of your region, you will partner with sales leadership to develop, execute, and optimize the regional marketing strategy to deliver qualified leads that convert to pipeline and exceed revenue goals.

This role works as part of the Global Field Marketing team and partners cross-functionally to deliver integrated marketing campaigns to engage new prospects and grow existing accounts.

Responsibilities :

• Create and execute a regional marketing strategy inclusive of cross-functional growth marketing teams aligned to sales objectives and marketing performance goals
• Own the sourcing, orchestration, and development of integrated marketing programs including in-person events, webinars, digital, paid media, and more
• Manage and optimize a regional budget to deliver programs with the highest ROI and ensure personal and team goal attainment
• Develop and champion new ideas and creative ways to market
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders on regional plans, budget, goals, program updates, and results
• Build strong relationships cross-functionally with sales, customer success, product, ABM, and other marketing teams to support campaign development, execution, and lead follow-up
• Collaborate with other Field Marketers to contribute and leverage marketing motions aligned to a global strategy
• Source and manage relationships with industry associations and 3rd party vendors

Requirements :

• 3+ years in a regional Field Marketing leadership role, coordinating efforts and budget across various marketing teams including Paid Media, Global Events, ABM, and more
• Proficiency developing and executing annual and quarterly regional marketing strategies aligning a regional marketing budget to goal attainment
• Strategic understanding of the lead journey and designing tactics / messages that support conversion
• Experience working as a strategic marketing partner to sales leadership and collaborating with demand gen functions and other marketing teams for program coordination
• Data driven with a successful track record driving pipeline and revenue with high-performing campaigns by optimizing budget for maximum ROI
• Excellent oral and written communication for internal collaboration, leadership updates, team presentations, vendor management, and external promotions
• Excellent organizational and project management skills to simultaneously manage multiple complex projects with the highest level of diligence and meet competitive deadlines
• Self-motivated with a strong action orientation to seek opportunities, solutions, and results with a sense of urgency
• Ability to thrive in a rapid growth, fast-paced, adaptive environment
• Domestic travel -% with the potential for 1-2 international trips per year, a plus
