Accounts Receivable Supervisor

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Accounts Receivable Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day workload and provide training and coaching to medical billing staff

Implement and maintain policies and system enhancements to improve financial and operational performance

Employ Lean principles to eliminate waste and increase value within the unit

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Health or Business Administration or equivalent experience

At least two years of progressively complex billing and third-party payer experience

Minimum of two years of demonstrated leadership competencies

Ability to assist in oversight of billing and collections

Experience in developing education materials and providing training to billing staff
