Responsible for providing clinical services in the form of planning, groups, and assessments in collaboration with the Program Director.
Provide clinical services in the form of carrying a small caseload of patients while maintaining ongoing adherence to the treatment team’s direction of patient care and clinical oversight from a licensed therapist (if not licensed).
Provide general assistance with oversight of daily milieu related needs and activities and work with the Program Manager / Program Director related to programming changes or improvements.

Qualifications Education : Master’s Degree in mental health related field preferred, or actively pursuing a Master’s Degree, in mental health field.
Bachelor’s Degree in mental health related field required Experience : One year of experience in a mental health setting.
Previous supervisory experience preferred. Positive leadership skills, excellent resident interaction and milieu management skills are required.
License Certification : Licensed or licensed eligible through the state of Florida in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Counseling.
Skills : Demonstrates ability to communicate verbally and in writing. Demonstrates emotional stability and dependability.
Must have good driving record. Verification of absence of criminal record on local, state and federal levels. Demonstrate effective clinical skills.
Physical Requirements : Extensive walking, standing, sitting, climbing stairs.
