Position Overview :

As a Marketing Office Assistant , you will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and professional experience for our clients and candidates.

You will be responsible for maintaining client relationships, managing incoming applicants, and conducting preliminary interviews.

This position requires a combination of marketing knowledge, administrative skills, and people-oriented tasks.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Client Outreach : Call existing clients to check in on their experience with our staffing services, gather feedback, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Applicant Management : Handle incoming applications, screen resumes, and assist in scheduling interviews with potential candidates.
  • Conduct Interviews : Perform initial interviews with applicants to assess their qualifications, work history, and fit for various job openings.
  • Administrative Support : Assist with general office duties, including data entry, maintaining records, and preparing reports related to marketing and client outreach.
  • Marketing Assistance : Support the marketing team with campaigns, social media updates, and communication with both clients and candidates.

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in a staffing or marketing environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate professionally and clearly over the phone and in person.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a busy office setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Previous experience in interviewing or recruitment is an advantage but not required.
