Your key responsibilities will include : Real-Time Coaching : Assist technicians via phone and computer, guiding them through customer interactions and presenting repair / replacement options.
Process Adherence : Ensure technicians follow every step of the in-home process and present all viable options to customers.
Live Presentations : When a customer opts for system replacement, conduct live presentations via video calling software to secure their commitment.
Tracking & Support : Monitor technician activities, create real-time solutions, and track metrics to ensure top performance.

MAIN DUTIES : Coaching & Motivation : Support and hold technicians accountable, ensuring adherence to the in-home process and creating premium, mid-range, and economy choices for homeowners.
Real-Time Solutions : Track activities, create replacement or renovation solutions, and qualify customers for turnover opportunities.
Video Sales Presentations : Present and sell solutions alongside technicians via video calling software. HOW TO SUCCEED AS A CALL-BY-CALL COACH : HUNGRY, HUMBLE, AND SMART : Bring positive energy and focus on the greater good of the company.

Self-Starter : Be a proactive, independent worker who thrives with minimal direction. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR : Industry Experience : 1+ years in HVAC, construction, or a related field required;
2+ years in a high-performance sales role required. Sales Mentorship : Previous experience as a sales mentor is preferred but not required.
Sales Mindset : A strong knack for building relationships and a sense of urgency. Process & Communication : Ability to create and follow processes, intermediate MS Office skills, and strong written / verbal communication.
