About the Role :
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Assistant Manager to join our team in the Manufacturing industry.
As a Production Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process and ensuring that all products are manufactured to meet our high-quality standards.
You will work closely with the Production Manager to develop and implement strategies that improve efficiency and productivity while maintaining a safe and positive work environment.
Your contributions will be critical to the success of our company.
Minimum Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a production management role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and production management software.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Experience in the Manufacturing industry.
- Bilingual (Spanish, Vietnamese, Chinese) Preferred
- Experience with ERP systems.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee the production process and ensure that all products are manufactured to meet our high-quality standards.
- Develop and implement strategies that improve efficiency and productivity while maintaining a safe and positive work environment.
- Supervise and train production staff to ensure that they are performing their duties effectively and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the Production Manager to develop and manage production schedules and budgets.
- Maintain accurate production records and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Skills :
As a Production Assistant Manager, you will utilize your strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage and train production staff.
You will also use your expertise in production management software and Microsoft Office to maintain accurate production records and reports.
Your ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities will be critical to your success in this role.
Additionally, experience in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies, the Manufacturing industry, and ERP systems will be beneficial in developing and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
