We are seeking to hire a Production Assistant Manager for a large electronics manufacturing company in Arlington, TX .
Summary
The Production Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the production process and ensuring that all products are manufactured to meet our high-quality standards.
You will work closely with the Production Manager to develop and implement strategies that improve efficiency and productivity while maintaining a safe and positive work environment.
Your contributions will be critical to the success of the company.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee the production process and ensure that all products are manufactured to meet our high-quality standards.
- Develop and implement strategies that improve efficiency and productivity while maintaining a safe and positive work environment.
- Supervise and train production staff to ensure that they are performing their duties effectively and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the Production Manager to develop and manage production schedules and budgets.
- Maintain accurate production records and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Minimum Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a production management role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and production management software.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Experience in the Manufacturing industry.
- Bilingual (Spanish, Vietnamese, Chinese) a plus
- Experience with ERP systems.
