- Facilitate firewall installation, maintenance and management (switch & router)
- Manage network / MPLS / VPN connections, monitor traffic and trouble shoot
- Provide remote IT support ((MIS- MS AD, O365, emails, Internet, IP phones, Printers, data archive, user training and communication)
- Manage Enterprise AD and MS Office 365 licenses including emails backup
- Oversee data storage and capacity; websites and domains
- Manage IT equipment such as laptops, cellphones, printers and etc. Make purchases, install hardware and software and maintain company IT equipment

- 3-5 years of working experiences in IT support.
- Experience with network management, sever maintenance, and security.
- Experience within Antivirus and internet filtering control.
- Must have reliable transportation - may have to travel to other sites.
- Must have good communication and customer service skills.
Additional Information
