Director of Sales - Refinance Division

LOCATION :

Suwanee, GA or Wichita, KS (position is eligible for remote work as well)

COMPENSATION :

Base Salary plus Bonus ($100,000 - $200,000+)

WeVett Home Loans is a fast-growing, military-focused company looking to add a Director of Sales - Refinance Division to our team.

Our Mission : To bring consistency to the PCS (military moving) process, making military moves easier.

Our 20 Year Client Vision : Have a paid for or near paid for home by retirement.

We achieve our mission and vision by focusing on providing specific tools, services, processes and educational material during a military members homeownership timeline.

We are looking for someone to forge new paths with us and champion this next phase of growth with our Refinance Division which focuses specifically on saving military families millions in interest savings.

THE POSITION :

We are looking for a Director of Sales for our Refinance Division that is versatile and proficient in a variety of roles.

In the beginning, this looks like a highly-skilled sales and customer service professional who is able to continually develop and improve more efficient sales processes.

Next, we need this position to grow and develop strong sales and support staff in alignment with our core values and focus on the 20 Year Client Vision.

Along with daily sales operations, this Director position needs to be a strategic thinker capable of exploring new methods of reaching the broader military community in order to drive sales and grow the business.

This individual will ideally have the ability and capacity to grow as the business grows and fill more complex roles as WeVett Home Loans expands.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING :

  • Tackle all daily sales operations of the Refinance Division, including new lead outreach, client relationships, customer experience, systems, and tactical communication between WeVett Home Loans Purchase Division.
  • Create, Refine and Improve sales scripts and processes to maximize opportunities to present refinance options that are beneficial to customers.
  • Initiate effective strategies for growth of the sales division in order to hit key business metrics
  • Develop a team, and as it goes Division, which can effectively train and develop sales professionals with character in alignment with strong core values.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

Must Have Qualifications :

  • The desire to serve military members
  • Love of developing a strategy to win, and then executing quickly to achieve it
  • Ability to develop sales processes and to train it to others
  • Desire to constantly improve a process and to research potential solutions that can better the client experience
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Excitement to make calls and develop relationships
  • Self-motivated and proactive with strong work ethic
  • Ability to take accountability for actions and set own schedule
  • Ability to handle escalated client service situations over the phone
  • Proficient in computer technologies ie. navigating customer relationship management software, documenting client progress, communicating via email, google chat, whatsapp, etc.

Nice to Have Qualifications :

  • Current military spouse
  • Prior military (or military spouse) experience
  • 12+ months experience in sales or client services role
