Job Description :

Leads diverse administrative functions usually for a large department or for a complete business unit. Functions may include : financial control / budgeting and consolidation, personnel processes, audit / compliance, premises, and coordination of certain projects, associate training, service quality, process improvement, business continuity, or communication.

Administers bank programs and policies and may direct the development of the department's administrative policies and procedures.

Requires a thorough knowledge of the department's or business unit's functional operations. Working knowledge of general bank policies, programs and procedures and financial / accounting practices.

May direct workflow activities.

Functions may include : financial controls, risk mitigation, implementation of processes and policies, personnel processes, audit / compliance, premises, and coordination of certain projects, associate training, service quality, process improvement, business continuity, or communication.

Administers bank programs and policies and may direct the development of the department's administrative policies and procedures.

Requires a thorough knowledge of the department's or business unit's functional operations. Working knowledge of general bank policies, programs and procedures and financial / accounting practices.

May direct workflow activities, proactively identifying risk, continually looking to drive effectiveness and efficiency in all processes and routines.

• Ability to effectively manage workload in a fast-paced and continually changing environment
• Proficient in multitasking, maintaining organization, collaborating well in teams, and performing effectively under pressure and high workloads
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership and verbal / written communication skills
• Actively seeking to improve processes with a strong focus on risk, making sound judgements, and demonstrating the ability to make meaningful decisions
• Understanding of Preferred Banking
• Ability to network and foster strong relationships across an organization

Desired Qualifications :

• Excel and PowerPoint expertise
• Knowledge of Power Query and Power Pivot
