Responsibilities
Your
relationship-building skill set will be put to use by fostering strong relationships with clients to maintain client retention and following up to ensure satisfaction.
Using your
presentation skills , youll be developing insurance quotes, shopping renewals, and assisting with policy changes.
Using your
attention to detail, you'll be issuing insurance documentation, taking payments, and updating client information.
Requirement
- Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
- 2-5 Years of Insurance and Customer Service Experience
- Basic computer software knowledge including the use of Agency Management Systems and Microsoft Office Suite .
- Team player with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Positive attitude with professional office etiquette .
