firstPRO 360 is seeking a Collections Specialist for their client in Alpharetta. The Collections Specialist will be responsible for having regular and professional communications with customers regarding Past Due invoices via phone and email.

Must be professional, detailed and customer service focused.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Contact customers on a scheduled basis as defined by the collection’s guidelines including sending collection notices as needed.
• Assists employees and customers by answering questions related to account balances, via phone and email.
• Assists Collections Lead with monitoring of Accounts Receivable (A / R) email inbox to ensure customer inquiries are addressed within 1 business day.
• Assists with maintenance of the customer dashboard to ensure the information is current regarding the billing process, collections process, escalation contacts, preferred payment methods, and preferred contacts for automatic aging reports.
• Documenting of all communications with customers regarding delinquent accounts and credit risks in our accounting software.
• Upload invoices in third-party systems as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2-4 years of Collections experience required
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, and Excel)
• Technologically savvy with knowledge of accounting software; knowledge of EFI PACE a plus.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Resourceful with excellent time management and prioritizing skills
• Strong organization skills, analytical thinking ability and attention to details.
• Very strong customer service orientation
• Capable of very high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
