Compensation :
$100,000 - $150,000 commission based
Responsibilities :
- Identify potential buyers and discuss suitable properties according to their budget and requirements
- Prepare and submit paperwork such as purchase agreements, titles, closing documents, and rental agreements
- Participate in open houses to introduce local real estate options to possible clients
- Keep in contact with acquired leads through calls, emails, etc., and understand how to recognize successful leads
- Provide clients with excellent service and advice on sales
- Negotiate mutually-beneficial agreements between buyers and sellers
Qualifications :
- Must possess a valid California Real Estate License
- Must demonstrate an enthusiastic and proactive attitude
- Must possess sound problem-solving and communication capabilities
- Must have a high degree of comfort with technology and an aptitude for follow-up
- Must be passionate about assisting clients in navigating the real estate market
- Must be a self-starter with a mindset geared towards growth and a fondness for working with people
