Job Description
A trucking company is seeking an Accounts Receivable / Collection Clerk to work Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Job Duties :
- Set-up new customers
- Enter data in billing system software
- Perform heavy collections
- Light Accounts Receivable duties for posting payments
- Assist and help out in other areas
Job Requirements
Job Qualifications :
- Must have previous Accounts Receivable and Collections experience
- Must have general office and administrative knowledge
- Must have basic Microsoft Word, Excel, and data entry skills
- Must be good with math and numbers
- Must be highly detail-oriented with the ability to be a quick learner
- Must be very personable
- Non-Smoker is preferred
